Introduction:

Welcome to Benefit Mankind’s Eating Disorder Support page. We understand that dealing with an eating disorder can be challenging, but you’re not alone. This page is dedicated to providing resources, information, and a supportive community for individuals and families affected by eating disorders.

What are Eating Disorders?:

Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions characterised by unhealthy eating behaviors, distorted body image, and intense fear of gaining weight. Common eating disorders include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED).
